Lag Spikes

Lag Spikes are annoying little buggers that can occur while pwning a forum. When a Lag Spike hits, all abilities except AFK will be disabled for a given number of turns. Lag Spikes will not occur if you have used a Routing Table or Tunnel Script recently.
