Just arrange first for a meeting at a public place so its safe for both you and her. If you just invite her to some pub that just sends the wrong message that you only want to get her drunk and or sell her off to the slave market. Public places like a popular restaurants are good. Do ask her what she likes before arranging anything. If you feel comfortable talking to her and she’s into talking with you, then ask if she would want to go out with you because she’s nice to be around.
