Cast an area on the ground that will amplify all Water property attacks and increase the Max HP of Water property characters. Deluge also enables the use of the Water Ball and Aqua Benedicta skills. Each cast consumes 1 Yellow Gemstone, but casting Whirlwind, Deluge or Volcano on a Deluge while it is still active will not incur a gemstone cost.
