I hope in the future our user base will continue to grow and IDC will become popular again on its own. There are other ways we could highlight it too. For example, right now it’s quite buried. Maybe we could integrate it into every page or something.

Yeah, I remember someone suggesting having it in every page, but also having the option to toggle it off. Which sounds like a REALLY awesome idea to me.

I’m going against the grain, I like chat in Incit. It kills the time between writing your submission and the 2 minute left to write one. Besides it gives you inside jokes. It’s always fun to make fun of the the “should have been here 5 minutes ago noob!” people.

Chat is often funnier than some of submissions.
