Question on methodical downvoters

Do we have any evidence that there are bands of evil people going around downvoting everything besides “my entry was downvoted”? I’m not denying that these people exist (in fact, I’m pretty sure they do) but is there any evidence that they do exist? If so, any way to tell who they are? |

Kidding…I really doubt there are groups who do it regularly (...actually, that doubt is kinda weak…they might really be out there) |

I have a sneaky suspicion there’s a klan that has mostly downvoters in there. I’m not saying they formed it under that reason, but it might further promote their persona. If only to themselves. |
