I didn't get my forum visits

I was excitedly looking at the timer for new forum visits ticking down (because I clearly have nothing better to do with my life) and, when it reached zero, nothing happened. I reloaded the page, and the timer has started again, only I didn’t get my forum visits or my deliveries.
