It’s true, we are the best country on this planet. The almighty BBC World Service poll ranked my beloved motherland on number one, right before the U.K. and Canada. While it’s probably not our humour that we have to thank, it’s rather the fact that immediate neighbors weren’t asked, except France, which is openly gay though. A German newspaper tried to explain this ranking, in German, and translated it to English for the mbumes. They also added Nazis and swastikas in the frontpage – as a contrast, I suppose. for corporate identity values, we already have cars. And beer. I love German beer.

How is Canada third? I guess when you do absolutely nothing people can’t really say you’re bad at what you do. Also how is China ranked higher than Russia? I for one hate Chinese much more than Russians. |
