C Post here, and I’ll do what I can. I haven’t beaten the game on anything higher than Medium, and I haven’t gone for the hidden stuff yet. I’ll do my best to keep spoilers to a minimum.

OK, a couple strategies for the Dark Prince of Night:

A Once the soul-balls come out, focus on jumping around them and shooting them so that they overlap and occupy the same space. This makes navigating around the other attacks a lot easier.

B One of the corners(the left, I think) lets you avoid the mbumive fruit-burst, guaranteed. Staying near there can make that section easier.

C You can touch the flames in the firey fruit-shot attack- only the fruits themselves hurt you.

D SPOILERS: Good News: Drac’s third form dies in one hit and doesn’t attack, so you have nothing to worry about there.

Above all, remember that dying isn’t always your fault- Drac is the only boss with a semi-random moveset, so sometimes you can just get screwed. Good luck, and keep at it!

Question: Is there a way to actually beat Gutsman instead of just running past him?

Answer: If the person who created this game did not hate humanity with every fiber of his being, yes, there’d be a way to do it.

As it stands, it’s not soulcrushing enough yet until you have to run past him.

3 bosses down, around 400 deaths or so,

The kirby section with the rolling spikes is really hard. The walljump is a pain in the bum to use Log in to see images!

FINALLY beat dracula!

I can already tell you’re going to have fun in the final area.
