i remember that time when my grandparents had a 56k modem with a win98 pc and every time i went on their computer my grandfather would be “whatever you do, dont click on the ‘e’ icon” then i started playing quake and it was the best experience in my life even though i was only 7 years old

I didn’t get internet until around 1999 so we’ve always had cable internet…no noise and you can talk on the phone while using it. Those were RoadRunner’s big selling points back in 1999. Log in to see images! |
