It is, essentially, systematic attempts to curb civil liberties in futile search of safety enabled by naming the act PATRIOT and thus its opponents UNPATRIOTIC!
Now they are considering stripping citizenship from terrorism suspects following the fine enlightened tradition of innocent until proven guilty and consistency in lawmaking which means that in the future murder suspects will also find their citizenship revoked. And that is logical, considering that barring weapons of mbum destruction there are few ways terrorists could cause a higher death toll than violent crime. |

May I correct you a bit: civil liberties versus questionable gains in human life. Similar measures are not deployed against much more severe causes of loss of human life such as violent crime, traffic accidents or easily preventable diseases. |

You ****ing traitors, it’s called the Patriot Act for a reason, and that reason is treason. If you hate the Patriot Act, then you’re obviously not a patriot and should be sent to Guantanamo Bay to be tortured, beaten, and sodomized (not neccesarily in that order). |
