Perhaps you meant to say “vocal klan member” in which case, you’re not making a great argument. A vocal klan member is obviously going to be more likely to enter a contest, and therefore stand some chance to win.
Really, it’s 5 BP. Who honestly cares about 5 BP? This is pretty much just a trolly contest, with an arbitrary winner selected so it can be considered a contest.
