Yeah, I had a few expired meds. I thought they were worth like 1 or 2 flezz, now 7. Maybe it’s not that the expired consumables change into something else, but they slowly go up in value over time? |

Nope, my frugality has been at 11 since the last time I reset stats with ‘rose, more than a week or two ago. No .moars have affected it, and I haven’t put any points into it. |

I can see why this happens – I’ve taken to buying large quantities of low-level meds and disposables simply to distribute the damage from Power Spike. Even buying 20 each of every low-level consumable is less expensive than losing one fabulous person-Lude or LSD Wallpaper. Especially since I can’t get my hands on Surge Protectors. You can’t? They sell them at Von Neumann’s…which is definitely accessible by trolls. They put all the attack-blocking items in there, when those attacks were added, so that store isn’t completely worthless anymore. |

I bought like a hundred Surge Protectors and Tunnel Scripts a few weeks back and they all turned into goo. And I thought these consumables aren’t supposed to degrade like the meds. All that wasted flezz… Log in to see images!

Yeah, but surge protectors are irritating as hell: why spend a few hundred flezz for 9 turns of avoidance that I HAVE to do in advance, when I can buy 20 of everything and have pretty much /infinite/ protection from power spikes? |

20 seems a waste. All you need is 2 from each of the low end stores and they won’t lose both by the time it degrades most likely. I did this with my Re-Re and while dropping XSS and FBO didn’t lose more than 1 of any of them (Which admittedly is random) by the time they degraded.
Of course by the time you beat all the Forums and drop all the code you should be able to take them out fast enough that Power Spikes aren’t a huge concern. |

Well, all my consumables have degraded into worthless junk and no matter how valuable the consumable was, they all became the same 6 things.
Is anyone buying up the Buildr Junk to hold onto and see what happens? I would but I kinda lack flezz and desire to do so. I’m just covering all other possible junk Log in to see images! |

Ok, everyone. It finally happened. Last night (this morning), I had 8 new items (all the same type) in my junk. I know that this is a new item, because A) I can sell it for 500k+, and B) my total junk value was 11.5 mil last night, and this morning it was 15mil or so. The new item I got was Expired Nerve Gas.
Also, just discovered that two items can both become yet another new item that I have. Asimov OS IX and One Million Porno Pbumwords both become Spamminator. I know for a fact I had bought both of those items at the beginning of ep 3, and now I have none. But you can’t buy spamminator. Not sure if the Segway is an ep3 junk or not, can someone verify?
