Question: Do Domination Cards carry over to the next round?

Sorry if this has been answered somewhere, I’ve been looking all over the wiki and flamebate for an hour or so now and can’t find any information one way or the other.
If I use my scoops this week to buy a bunch of domination cards, will I have the cards to use in the next round, or are they reset as well?
