· There is no GOD worthy of worship except ALLAH, the one true GOD. The holy Prophet Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) is the most recent and final messenger of ALLAH. The name ALLAH encompbumes all of the divine attributes of GOD. In order to be a Muslim, a person must firmly believe this with his heart and must say verbally: “I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except ALLAH and Muhammad (may the peace and blessing of ALLAH be upon him) is the final messenger of ALLAH.”

· There is only one GOD-ALLAH, who has no partners whatsoever. Whatever ALLAH wills takes place and whatever ALLAH does not will, never happens. All power and might belong only to ALLAH and ALLAH’S knowledge comprehends everything.

· Allah has created Angels who are made of light. They do only as ALLAH commands them to do. Although we cannot see them they do exist.

· ALLAH has created Prophets and Messengers who convey the words of ALLAH to mankind. We must believe in all of ALLAH’s Prophets and Messengers. The last and the final messenger of ALLAH is the holy Prophet Muhammad (may the peace and blessing of ALLAH be upon him), whose coming was even announced by Jesus Christ (upon him be peace) himself.

· ALLAH has revealed his words to mankind in the form of His Books. We must believe in all of ALLAH’s Holy Scriptures. The most recent books are: The holy Taurat (Torah), the holy Zabur (Psalms), the holy Injil (Bible) and the holy Qur’an. The holy Qur’an is the final book of ALLAH revealed to the holy Prophet Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon). The holy Qur’an is the only divine scripture which has been preserved in its original pure and true form. It is the only true book of guidance unaltered for everyone who is alive today.

· ALLAH has given us life now and will give us life after death. One day we will all die, this world will end and ALLAH will raise us up to judge our deeds. There will be rewards for those who believed and punishment for those who did not.

· Allah enjoins Islam that is the religion of love and peace.

· Islam enjoins purity-purity of thought, purity of intention and purity of conduct.

· Islam provides a complete code of life and safeguards the rights of everyone including the animals.

· In order to achieve peace of mind, ALLAH Himself proclaims “ Lo !! the hearts find peace in ALLAH’s Zikr.” By performing zikr of Allah we can attain peace of mind, true success and purification of the heart. This zikr of Allah also cures the physical heart of heart disease-(angina etc). To perform zikr of Allah simply inhale deeply through the nose and concentrate on the name ALLAH coming into your heart while exhaling through the nose concentrate on the name HU striking the inner depths of your heart. ALLAH HU means ALLAH exists.
