If we’re allowing multiple guesses per person (it wasn’t explicitly ruled out, and Inertia seems to be forging ahead on laying claim to every date he can find) then the following 350 dates are my guesses… it’s basically just every day in the next year with the ones that are already taken removed.

Inertia will have no doubt posted another couple by the time I’m done typing this, so just consider those as removed from my list too.

If I wanted to get technical, I’d point out that you actually said “It’s like a hockey pool, but like, Forumwarz style.” without specifying that this means either that it’s following hockey pool rules, or what Forumwarz style means. So we could all claim to interpret that as “like a hockey pool but with all limitations on multiple guessing removed because stupidity like that is so Forumwarz style”

What I actually wanted was to head off Inertia’s guessing spree. So I won’t be objecting on the above grounds… mission successful.

I just saw Inertia multi-guessing and decided to check that this wasn’t legit… force it into the light by taking it to an absurd extreme. Point stands though, an obnoxious rules-lawyer could try to exploit a perceived loophole by being a right little ****monkey.

Hell, if anyone tries to actually pull that ****, they can be referred to the fact that I already have it covered out until next year. But bumuming that they won’t… then, as stated, my one guess is now January 1st 2010.
