It does not seem that this has been implemented yet. I have several alts and I bumure you I would not rest until each of them was fitted with a custom emoticon. Time is money, folks. |

Those are actually too tall. The bottom of the smiley is on the pixel line of your name’s text, and those would hit the top of the frame. If you’re going to allow bigger than Log in to see images! sizes, it would be less problematic to allow a wider one than a taller one.
To spell it out: If you want this to happen quickly, going above standard size is not happening. I don’t think animated ones, like Log in to see images! would really be a problem.
