I figured out what is wrong with MercWithMouth.

It turns out that Merc has no male reproductive organ. I originally thought that it was small or a stump of his kid sister biting it off but it turns out he is a gender confused pre-op Female-to-Male transexual who desperately wants to fit into the male societal role. This, coupled with his intense male reproductive organ envy, is the underlying cause of most of his behavior.
Merc has suffered significant brain damage as a result of his obsession with auto-erotic asphyxiation. This has led to the development of schizophrenic symptoms and the idea that everything said about him is a personal attack made by god.
