He probably only gave 3 because there was ample time before the problems and after the problems for most people to run four visits. Rather than analyze each account for how it may have impacted it, he probably just said “that should about balance it” and left it at that.

Be glad he gave any, he didn’t really need to. The site was unstable for what, 1/3 of the day?

I didn’t even play during that day, so I didn’t either win or lose any visits. I’d have 12 instead of 13 today. How odd.
