Vote rigging kills democracy.
As long as some Klans can’t judge other people’s submissions fairly, I say take the downvote out.
What’s so hard about only upvoting on the submissions you like anyway? I mean, you don’t see any downvoting on real world elections, do you? |

How about you can only downvote as much as you have upvoted that day, as well as making downvotes only worth half.
This way, there is some filtering, but it makes it impossible for klans to just downvote everything to -5. |
