Could "Snakes on a Plane" happen?

Saw the movie for the first time recently. I ask because I was expecting some obvious flaw with the concept to be pointed out at moviemistakes.com, and it wasn’t. I couldn’t google anything on the subject either. Post article[s] on the topic, thank you. |

I think the impracticability of releasing snakes on a plane, even as a terrorist action, belies it’s possibility.
Pre 9/11, it might have vaguely possible (with far fewer snakes). But current airline security is too tight for an actual attack using snakes. |
