Gay. I mean gay in good way. I like pink tubes. Anyway, not liquid nitrogen? |

The pink is cool. Why do you need it? What’s that giant ipod looking thing on your desk? |

I’ve considered doing liquid cooling before but never really talked to anyone who has gone about that method.
I guess the only real question I have about it is how much noise does it make? |

Why did you use such enormous diameter hoses when all the fittings are so much thinner? Fat pipes are negated by thin couplings Log in to see images!
Otherwise it looks cool.
at first i couldn’t figure out why you had so many radiators but then I saw the single loop and how it’s configured… Very niceLog in to see images! TUBSWEETIE edited this message on 04/19/2009 5:52PM |

CreepPipe Posted: It’s waaaay super quiet. Imagine only using three fans to cool your entire computer (cpu, video card, hard drives, case, etc) Log in to see images! Of course I have three tiny fans cooling my RAM, but they make like 0 noise.
Thanks for the comments!! ^^ |

Oh god i noticed the monitor mount.
i don’t envy people’s computers anymore but OMFG do i ever envy your monitor mount.
Where did you get it? Specs? Prices?
I hate the plastic stands that have come with all my LCDS. i’d kill for anchored arm mount like yours. |

Why the HELL have you not overclocked that thing to the extreme?
I’ve got my Q6600 to 3.2 Ghz on air before (keep it at 3.0 because my ram is crap) so on water you should be able to crank that thing. |

It’s an ErgoTRON haha. I misspelled that earlier.
In the specs it SAYS <24 inches, but this thing is silly beefy. I think the <24 is just for legal purposes. (My monitor is 24) elionbel edited this message on 04/19/2009 6:07PM |

I’m not a hardware guy and I don’t build systems, but I don’t see how this is a powerhorse.
The water-cooling is cool for sure, but a 32-bit processor/OS and no RAID? Hard disk reading/writing is a bottleneck in any system so I’d be inclined to stick 6 HDDs in there at RAID 0 and increase the RAM to at least 8 GB.
