Help, I can't continue the storyline

I just finished the paranoid panorama mission, and instead of getting the IDC thing with nordstrom as the wiki says, I get some pregnant lady photo saying forumwarz made a mistake. I checked the wiki, talking to all NPC’s, everything. Can someone please help? |

Have you tried talking to Shallow Esophagus a second time, I think i had a similar problem at that point before, but eventually he responded.
If that fails, I would just go with a bug report. |
