Adapt, update the OP to say that the top 3 people (other than FAIL) are in the finals. I’d like to think that most of my votes were legitimate, you know that people heard my songs and thought I put more effort into it than most. I did the best I could with my singing voice/guitar playing (both rather ****ty, but I hope my songs were entertaining at least). I also didn’t think I was breaking any rules with the ad and threads, that’s the fun of contests like these. Anyway, I’m out so everyone vote for Shii before he kills himself. |

Man, I really think this is very uncool. It is a public vote on Flamebate. If people can’t take the competition and the fact that some part of every vote is a popularity contest they just really need to sit themselves down and lighten up.
Take a freaking cue from Fortunato in the Christmas carol contest, he behaved with humor and grace. There is absolutely no reason for FAIL to pull out of this. Log in to see images! |

Heh. It’s funny; votewhores in round one get called seriousfabulous persons but when people scrape for votes in round two, all the other people are the ones taking it too seriously.
Thanks for making the right choice, FAIL. I wish it didn’t end up coming to that, though. :-/ |
