My Emo Kid Layout

Offense 22 Defense 26 Luck 4 Frugality 10 Charisma 7 Upkeep 1
Pumped 105 upgrade points into Offense, Defense, Tears, and Ego. Currently over 1,000 ego, and just below that in tears. I’d figure I’d go with this set up for a bit and change it if things got to hard. So far I hit 300+ with my strongest attack at full ego, and I never got low enough to really try to hit higher. Only hit 424 before pwning the thread.
What do you guys think? |

My emo kid is level 34 so adjust acordingly: Ego 2130 Tears 655 Offense 78 Defense 34 Luck 18 Frugality 14 Charisma 21 Upkeep 7

Offense should be your first priority, then ego, then tears (maybe).
At my level I don’t put any points into defense, and I keep my ego below 1000 |

You will never need that many tears, man.
I’ve currently got an ego-heavy build so I can tackle the level 35s easily:
Ego 5335 Offense 118 Defense 75 Luck 22 Frugality 17 Charisma 18 Upkeep 3
Usually my build is more like 1000 Ego and 136 Offense or so. (This is including .moars) |

more Ego = easier to be missing a large percent of ego = more powerful attacks.
an emo kid with 1/500 Ego isn’t as powerful as an Emo kid with 1/5000 Ego. Higher percentage of ego missing = more survival and more power. |

Actually lower ego is more beneficial, since the damage increased is %-lossed. You can get down to lower levels faster, and start 1-hitting threads sooner. |

Do you not understand that 320 is less than 400?
It’s tough to use a consumable when you get killed in one hit.

I was in no way implying that you can pwn the level 35 forums with 300 ego. What I question is the need for 1,000+ eog on the rest of the forums. Now I have yet to attempt the forums like Cosplay Central with this character, but I imagine I would go in with something like, 3,000 ego. I guess that is just how I prefer to play. |
