Again, this is a suggestion. It’s not like petitions actually do anything. If anything they induce trolling and multiple other threads to mock them. It is my idea that if anyone has a good idea that they wish to make public to be considered for implementation, they make a thread along these lines.

Thoughts?

They’re fine in RP where they amount to nothing, but in terms of actually affecting positive change in the game or the community, “banging on ET’s door and demanding that your whims are satisfied” is about as effective as a failed metaphor. I would suggest all threads beginning with a “Petition” to be moved to RP immediately, where they will receive the respect and attention they deserve.

Anyway, when has petitioning an authority figure on the internet with a bunch of semi-anonymous names ever been effective at changing anything?
