Have you tried haxlrose? Perhaps resetting your upgrade points would make the problem go away. Also, he gives you 5 extra upgrade points the first time you use his services, so if you haven’t done it before, you should.

Yea, I tried that. That’s the only way I could make my stats reasonable.
