1 cup flour.

1/2 cup water.

1/4 cup evaporated milk.

1 egg

1 tsp powdered sugar

8 oz cherry pie filling

2 cups fresh blueberries

Mix the flour and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl.

Mix the water the evaporate milk and the egg in a separate bowl.

Pour the liquid onto the dried goods and whisk for five minutes or until all powder is mixed.

place an 8 in saucepan on the stove at medium heat

pour batter in pan until it is about 6 inches in diameter

fry in pan until you can see the bubbles and then flip.

wait about fifteen seconds and place on plate.

Makes 2 pancakes.

Optional, mix cherry pie filling and berries then add as a nice topping.

for best results use a gas range, otherwise, adjust the heat to medium high on an electric range
