It involves centralizing Bruce Bear and making a new NPC. There’s a limited supply of everything in the FW universe. The forums, however, slowly add to it. Every time you damage an item in a forum, the NPC collects the shaving that you lost. When he gets 100% of an item- it doesn’t have to be from one person- he creates that item and either gives it to the shop that sells it or auctions it off. Bruce Bear heals items, but doesn’t take away the shavings from the NPC. This means that slowly, items are being created. This would mean that even the rarest items like the Headset would slowly become more and more common- but not at a very high rate. Also, consumables are given to the NPC when you use them. |

That’s… almost a good idea. Although a bit complicated. |

that’s a really cool and creative way to add good items at a rate proportional to game activity and growth. It’d need some tweaking, but I like it. |

Almost as good as rare forums. |

That’s actually quite good. It’d need a limit, though, so when everyone has them the whole place won’t be flooded. If 100 people have them and they lose 10% per day each, then thats 10 new per day. Eventually you’re gonna get a bit silly. |

The solution to that is to make it so that the rarer items take damage slower, but each percent of damage costs more money to fix. |
