Stupid noob question, as a troll, cap on luck?

hey, i am playing a troll. for some reason it won’t let me put more points into luck. at level 15 i could only put in 10, at 16 it only lets me put in 11.
whats up with that? |

Take your character level, divide by 2 (round down if necessary). That’s how many points of luck you can get through upgrades. Same for all clbumes. |
