due to fatigue or ennui or whatever on the part of the mods, threads not getting moved to full of won is a common occurrence all over the net. Your site reaches a certain age, you have a certain number of posts there already and suddenly it’s all “Nah, this really isn’t good enough anymore, needs to be more special.” My theory, anyway.
