How to submit images into typical forumbuildr submissions?

So some forums have posts/angry replies that is nothing but an image. So if I want to submit something like this, is it okay to just host the image on imageshack then give it an [img] tag? shouldn’t it be hosted by forumwarz? |

img tags do work in the buildr.
I think they need to be the whole open-source whatever thing that ET mentions about any images where they’re not copywritten anywhere |
