that means that the government is setting up moral standards for u

this is only to keep people too “nice” to want to take down such a monstrosity

the government (and thus god) sets up the moral standards to make sure it cannot be defeated. the rules were never meant to keep people in check

when an oppressive establishment controls the people, it is their duty to revolt

which is impossible due to the moral standards and controlling aspects the government sets up through religion to protect itself

since god controls moral standards, why does he not allow only emotions that do not show benevolence? why would god allow things like pain?

since the government makes the god, and thus, holds god like a puppet,

the government allows all emotions, allowing people to feel the repercussions of trying to overthrow the government.

i can’t tell whether you’re misunderstanding me on purpose or just as a knee-jerk atheist reaction

what i’m saying is if god exists he can do anything at all (i.e. isn’t restrained by logic), so any argument arguing for or against his existence are null.

we’re trying to figure out if god exists. Since he is supposedly able to transcend the rules he sets up for us, we cannot observe this god.

Thus, we must use logic to determine whether his existence is veritable or merely a government conspiracy as i have hypothesized previously
