itt: raepdog wants nintendo to start making run-of-the-mill first person shooters

seriously though there are different types of gamers, some like shooters and some don’t, if you prefer a shooter then you should probably go to microsoft and not to nintendo

also nintendo pwns all competitors on the handheld market

the psp has ONE good game (patapon)

the nintendo ds has 9000+

Also psp has a few good games but over all the DS has more, but it also has much more games with a ratio of (5% Good, 70% ****, 25% Disney). Still its a good system. I acknowledge that the system is well made ad has some good games. The company how ever is utter ****, only a fanboy would even accept any **** a company lets fall unto the conveyor belt as a good game just because it has a logo on it.

Look at a company for practices, ethics, history, and future.
Look at a system for capabilities, potential, and games.
Look at a game for playability, feel, and expectations in all aspects of the game, just dont discount some because is a 'x game'.

2. both the ds and the wii have full backwards compatibility therefore greatly increasing available games for purchase, neither has any serious hardware issues like the three-sixty (lol red ring of death), both are relatively inexpensive and the ds does not have any moving parts and is therefore less prone to breakage than the psp

also “the camera is ****” is imo the weakest complaint in all of gaming, i have seen this complaint directed at pretty much every game and i have never had any problems with a camera

in fact i never even thought about how the camera is used in games until i heard it being talked about in reviews and such

i guess i am less sensitive to that issue than most people

I like Microsoft. Apple Fanboy (Most wiki mods use macs) control the articles making full articles on each microsoft product but forbid one subsection for the apple one.

Camera angle is a key aspect of playability. The fact the game zooms out till your player is a dot is ridiculous when the game is so clustered by particles.

Camera is the least of my complaints though. Fun game at times though.

DS has some … interesting games. Mostly, the only games I will even consider playing are clbumics, or additions to a series, so when I started playing megaman I was like “Hey, this is actually fun and requires some fast reflexes and the ability to recognize patterns!” Then I started getting into the MMZ for the gba and the first one was good, the second one was okay, the third annoying and the fourth just plain bad.

Megaman ZX was a little bit better when I tried it, I just liked how they put the area stuff in. I wish they had continued it, maybe even put a little metroid into it with some power ups and ****. Then I played ZX advent. And I was disappointed and bumhurt. And since I already played Phoenix Wright I just got tired of waiting for good **** to come out, sold my DS, and got a PSP.

I’m purposely not talking about megaman battle network, or his **** starforce. That was one of the reasons I lost faith in Capcom. MM9 is restoring my faith. A little.

What the Wii needs is some RPGs, it’s completely lacking. And the disappointing holiday lineup didn’t help things. There ARE good games tailored more towards gamers who enjoy more ‘hardcore’ experiences coming out, but that’s in 09. Now is not 09, and I’m really looking for something new to play.

Please let MadWorld and Sin & Punishment 2 be good, please let MadWorld and Sin & Punishment 2 be good…. *chants*
