Instant Replay... From THE FUTURE

The first thing I did after I logged in and checked my tubmails was check out the instant replays. There was a link to the first in-game IDC. It was a bit confusing after without having done all the stuff that normally comes before it. |

Indeed it was, though it all came together at the end of that opening sequence. Just what caused the delay in instigation? Was it just everything coming online, did the sequence have to be manually started by CZ, was the game just tripped up that I’d gotten to my menues before I could get nabbed?
