Future of Permanoob E-Peen

I have a question for the Crotch Zombie folks: will the Permanoob E-Peen (currently rewarded for beating Episode 1 as a Re-Re) still be achievable after the release of Episode 2, which will cause all Re-Res of level 6 or greater to evolve into Permanoobs? The only way this could be acheived is if the Permanoob E-Peen achievement rules are changed to accommodate Permanoobs. Will this (or something similar) happen?
