Both true and not true at the same time. I cba to find the Supreme Court case dealing with this right now (I might later) but “freedom of speech” can encompbum non-verbal expression. So it could be argued that by leaking information he was expressing his opinion that such information should be publicly available. Yes, this is convoluted and possibly even very special, but it’s hard not to bring up convoluted/very special counter arguments when dealing with law.
And again, I am not expressing my personal opinion in any way, only stating what little facts I know. I’m most interested in how bumange is going to be dealt with. And maybe more importantly how they’re going to defend whatever consequences he faces, since we have amendments and laws both defending and condemning what he’s done. (view post) |

Constitutionally speaking, he had no “right” to share any information that the government deems “dangerous.” As in, anything that portrays the U.S. government in less than a positive light. The Espionage Acts are still in effect, just most people don’t read and have no idea what restrictions on “freedom of speech” actually exist.
I’m not saying I agree with it, I’m just saying that the government can fully justify any action they choose to take. I’d love for there to be “governmental transparency”, but we don’t have that and won’t any time in the near future. (view post) |

INCIT playersLots of people still play INCIT, including me. If I’m on and someone asks in IDC for people to play INCIT, I usually participate. My being “online” is deceptive though, because I tend to leave tabs open when I’m asleep or not home. I played the other day with 11 people, so it’s still active in bursts. (view post) |

****ing about Xmas contentEvery year, early Christmas morning, I go to work and care for 80+ dogs by myself without the standard double-time holiday pay and without any help because my boss is a Jew that won’t hire more staff. I spend my morning cleaning up poop, taking dogs out to poop, and feeding them so that they may make more poop. |

I DISAPPROVE.Honestly this one just makes me a little depressed because my teeth are horrible. Not like my old avatar because I spend tons of money I don’t have on fixing my teeth constantly so appearance-wise they look fairly good even, but most of them are dental implants or have veneers because I have no tooth enamel and a happy smiling tooth holding a toothbrush is just a constant reminder that no matter how much I follow the guidelines for good dental hygiene my teeth are ****ed and I am broke and how depressing.
