Ophelia mammary glandsupp gives you the Martyr Ability and will make you kill yourself twice. Once in "Woe is us" and another time in "Headbanger's Hellhole... Of death"

Also if you kill yourself 3 times in a battle, you will gain an antifreeze scoop
