The Cult of Cthulhu

This is the cult described in the writings of H.P. Lovecraft and includes the various Old Ones created by Lovecraft and those who came after him. The stated goal of this cult is the ressurection of the body of Cthulhu. This being is the head of the priesthood of the Old Ones. In his own right a kind of superbeing, Cthulhu has become a cultural icon through the popularity of the works of Lovecraft. Various games and other things have come out of the Lovecraftian lore set down by the man himself. This cult is a serious group for fans of the works of Lovecraft. This is the mantra to summon the being of Cthulhu from his sleep in the city of R’lyeh. It is the most important thing in the cult and it could be the thing that brings about the goal.
