See here’s the thing: If this thing were to somehow, by the grace of Satan, pbum BOTH houses and the president’s desk, and all of a sudden one day millions of Americans couldn’t log in to FACEBOOK to play Farmville, their would literally be Rodney King-scale riots across the country. It would be immediately repealed, stopped with an executive order (if it wasn’t vetoed in the first place, which would make Obama a hero in an election year… is that the true intention here?), or judicial injunction before it went to an eventual Supreme Court trial where it would be ruled in violation of the 1st Amendment, and possibly 4, 9, and 10 as well.
