u should probably go see a doctor. take some pills and sit up straight. (for some immedeeate relief) also you shuld learn how to do proper crunches and do them every day they not only tone your abs but they help your body stay upright better and put less strain on your back. remember: don’t lift your lower back off the ground when doing crunches!
