I’ll give some examples just in case:

Let’s say Uruguay and Korea Republic are 1 – 1 after 90 minutes. They play extra time and end 2 – 2. There would be penalty shootouts. Whether Uruguay wins the shootouts or Korea Republic does it, the match is a Draw (because they finished 2 – 2.)

Now, suppose Netherlands and Slovakia are 0 – 0 after 90 minutes. They play extra time and Netherlands scores a goal. Final score it’s Netherlands 1 Slovakia 0. The match result would be Home.

Same thing if Paraguay and Japan are 2 – 2 after 90 minutes and at extra time Japan scores a goal. It would be Paraguay 2 Japan 3. Thus, match result would be Away.
