Yes of course, male reproductive organ Cheney, the vice president, an office which has about as much power as a Forumwarz Moderator, took control of a military agency and told them not to take down the planes that he knew were going to hit buildings so we could make up a reason to fight poor, innocent Muslims in the Middle East and steal their oil. Also, the Jews, the Freemasons, and the Illuminati are all involved too.
