Yeah was, I guess our definitions of what constitutes a “gimmick” alt differ.

I bumumed JB was looking to help people make characters with which to roleplay over a long period of time. It wouldn’t make sense for him to offer BP to people just to make short-lived literal “gimmicks” like good post upvoted, that wouldn’t actually provide any real roleplay.

In my mind, gimmick alt and rp alt are synonymous for the most part, and I think JB is using them in the same fashion.
