haven’t played enough to give a full opinion on that

but so far there seems like a considerably bigger variety on what you can do, and the mission types available, it’s not just the same 3 missions over ad infinitum.

Having only played a bit I can’t tell you the full extent of the changes, but so far you can actually swim in this one, there’s an actual money system along with purchasable items/upgrades/hirable groups/etc (and you can steal from people/loot corpses), you can throw money to make crowds go ape ****, and the blending element and guard ‘awareness/notoriety’ system is IMO done much better.

Also the dialogue and characters are surprisingly great, I’ve actually laughed out loud a fair few times already.
