I’m sure problems could still arise, you put all the big trouble makers in one room… but… I propose they could all post in this one special thread or little bulletin place, stall, etc. (not an entire forum because it’d just be teeming with **** threads) and anything the least bit questionable could be removed by any mod at any time without explanation.
