Looks to me like you have to get all hands to point to the 12. You can click on any of the four yellow/black dots and any of the four corner clocks. Clicking on a clock rotates it and any other clocks in its group. Groups are based on which of the yellow/black dots are yellow or black. Play with that for about a minute and you’ll get the hang of the controls.

Flip I don’t get at all though.

its the other side of the puzzle. there are two sides and changing things on one side affects things on the other

its a lot easier to understand when you are physically holding one.
