Number 1 gets it. It can only be inferred as the aforementioned 4bp, as there was no specification of it. You cannot say “it” is 1bp, there’s nothing in the rules to imply such a thing, nor would anyone infer it as such.

I don’t see how you could justify yourself here; being intentionally vague only leads to toxx bans.
