As y’all may have noticed, we are heading into mid-October, which means that Canadian Thanksgiving is nearly here period space oh crap this new headset backspace backspace oh I give up newline newline

Ahem I hope everyone here is preparing their turkeys and yams for the celebration. As an American southerner, I normally would not celebrate a Canadian holiday, but I do make exceptions for food holidays exclamation mark ell oh ell newline newline

I would love to see how y’alls plan to spend the holiday. I am readying my BuffOoseEr. The whole thing is going into the brine for about 12 hours and then I’ll dry it to tighten the skin before roasting. For those of y’alls who aren’t Canadian that’s a beaver inside a moose inside a buffalo. Anyways happy food holidays! Eat lots!
