5) NO NAKED OR HIGHLY SEXUALIZED PHOTOS/ILLUSTRATIONS OF UNDERAGE CHILDREN.
It is illegal to share these kinds of images in Canada and the admins don’t want to go to jail. Even insinuating that an image or illustration depicts a minor in a sexualized manner can get the site into trouble, so don’t do it.
They can get jailed even if the server isn’t in Canada, but America (http://www.websiteoutlook.com/www.forumwarz.com), where the rules are that illustrations and not photos are legal?
Server’s in Texas, so I don’t see how Canadian law affects this unless Evil Trout is saving every image ever that is ever linked on flamebate/idc Log in to see images! Log in to see images! |
