How to solve the whole problem:
Make 2 different rooms for INCIT/Protivate, one for trolling (following RP rules), and one for “serious play” (following CD rules).
Make the troll room the default room for Forumwarz users, and make it not award chocolate scoops.
Make the CD room the default room for Protivate users, make it award chocolate scoops, and add in a link to report trolly submissions so the users can get banned.
